Tai Shan Xinrong Metal Products Co., Ltd. was founded in May 2018. Specializing in the manufacturing and sales of a wide range of casting products, the company produces standard cast steel components, wear-resistant high-manganese cast steel, low-alloy wear-resistant cast steel, high-chromium wear-resistant cast iron, stainless steel castings (grades 304, 310, 316), ductile iron wheel hub molds, and 42CrMo (chromium-molybdenum) wheel hub molds. Our facility is located at No. 1, Yanglan Mountain, Bantan, Sijiu Town, Taishan City, covering an area of approximately 2.2 acres.
Currently, Tai Shan Xinrong employs 29 skilled workers. Our production equipment includes one transformer, one 1500KG medium-frequency induction furnace, one 750KG medium-frequency induction furnace, one box-type heat treatment furnace, one 3-ton and one 5-ton overhead crane, one 10-ton/hour resin sand reclamation system, one lost foam casting line, and two grinding and cleaning machines. The foundry workshop spans 1,500 square meters, capable of producing castings ranging from 5 kilograms to 2 tons in weight, with a monthly production capacity of 280 tons.

Since 2019, we have systematically upgraded our product processes, technologies, and equipment through targeted R&D initiatives. To date, the company holds 16 valid utility model patents, which help protect our core technologies and enhance the quality of our metal castings. We are also actively implementing an intellectual property management system to manage IP assets in a structured and systematic manner. In 2022, we were certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise.
